Horizons Partners' Digital Companions to support Operations Teams
FLOW consortium was awarded the Operation and Maintenance contract for a 12-year period (Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6) of the Riyadh Metro.
As its key strategic mobilisation partner, Horizons Partners were responsible for the delivery of all Technical Plans and Documentation as well as Training.
Horizons Partners developed an innovative digital solution to drive operational efficiency combined with access to safety critical documentation: the Digital Companion. After the technical documentation had been approved it was deployed digitally to the FLOW operations team using the Digital Companion. This enabled staff to use the tool from training through to operations.
