The Operations Companion delivers quick access to the latest safety critical documentation in the event of an incident or for daily operational use. Horizons Partners work with you to identify relevant procedures and instructions and using our experience structure the information on the Operations Companion accordingly. Additional functionality such as ‘Critical Alerts’ and ‘Daily Notifications’ can also be configured into the solution.

The Maintenance Companion delivers access to key asset data, asset status and associated documentation. Its modular composition allows Horizons Partners to work with you to identify specific requirements for configuration within the solution. This includes the recording of maintenance data, readings or access to maintenance and safety critical documentation. Additional functionality such as ‘Critical Alerts’ and ‘Daily Notifications’ can also be configured into the solution.

MANAGEMENT COMPANION

Real-time access to operational performance and KPI’s

The Management Companion is configured to deliver a single repository for up-to-date Management Systems. Horizons Partners work with you to identify the key management and reporting information required and then configure the solution accordingly. This allows consistent tracking of performance across the organisation. It additionally allows configuration for access to management information for day-to-day and emergency situations.

E-LEARNING

Flexible and cost-effective delivery of training to all staff

Our eLearning solution provides a flexible approach to delivering consistent and effective training. It can be implemented and available within weeks. This has allowed it to be used to support mass-mobilisation of new staff as well as the delivery of training to existing staff. Due to its modular structure, it can be used standalone with functionality such as the electronic monitoring of attendance, record reporting, competence management and a repository for all training material. Or can be used to supplement existing Learning Management Systems with a simple integration. All material is SCORM Compliant, easy to update and easy to manage.
