In 2018 the FLOW Consortium was awarded a 12 year contract of USD 2.9 billion contract to operate and maintain four out of six lines (lines 3,4,5&6) of the massive 185km Riyadh Metro.
The consortium engaged Horizons Partners to:
• Develop 24 out of the 25 Technical Plans,
• Develop, populate and optimise the Cost Model,
• Coordinate between the technical parties within the consortium to develop and optimise ten different options across the 6 lines during the 2-year tender period
